The Northeast Region Junior Exhibitors (NEJE) is the core group for young TICA exhibitors in our region.  Our hope is that enough Juniors will join the club so that we can have our own officers, raise our own funds, sponsor our own rings, and one day have our own show.  The NEJE Program provides the opportunity for young people under the age of 18 to participate in the TICA experience and learn about feline husbandry.  NEJE serves as the focal point for the region's Junior Exhibitors.  They are exposed to competition and a continuing educational process as they work their way through the Levels of Achievement developed for the TICA Junior Exhibitor Program.  NEJE promotes sportsmanship, self confidence, and fosters an every growing knowledge base of feline husbandry, breeds, grooming, and show participation and production.

There are currently 10 active NEJE members from New England and New York, who participate regularly in our region's Junior Rings and outside of the Northeast.  Christian and Emilie continue to build on their personal successes from years past and mentor new and younger members who join our Group!

We hold Junior Rings at nearly every show in our region, hosted by TICA Allbreed and Specialty judges from our region and around the world.  These judges graciously volunteer their time to work with the Junior Exhibitors.  We also organize special events, including clinics and seminars, for our Juniors to increase their working knowledge of TICA stewarding, clerking, and judging as well as basic show skills (etiquette, scoring).
